RateMyArea is a website which allows its users to find, review, share and discuss all that’s good (and not so good) in their area. The signature design conveys the fact that the service very much revolves around user input and location.

RateMyArea’s Daily Deals is an easy way to get huge discounts while discovering fun local activities. We created the visual design which works flawlessly with the existing application.
The Rate My Area Dude character is used throughout the website to create a more fun user experience.
iPhone application UI & Visual Design
FixMyArea Brand Extension
FixMyArea gives you a direct line to your local council and lets you report issues immediately so you get your problem fixed faster. This way also, they get thousands more eyes on the ground, keeping them up to date. I created the new identity and visual design for the website, iPhone and Android applications.
Website Design
The existing RateMyArea website identity was extended to be used on the new website for FixMyArea.
Mobile Applications Design
The concept is pretty simple and streamlined. That was translated into the iPhone and the Android mobile applications.
Adaptation of the Dude Character
As part of the existing RateMyArea identity, the Dude character was adapted to the new scenarious within the context of the FixMyArea project.
